Engrave Collection - Pieces are dispatched in 24-48 hours

Custom Collection (Custom Name Necklaces) - These are hand crafted and take 3-4 weeks to make.

Once we dispatch the piece, delivery takes 1-5 business days, depending if you have opted for Standard or Express Shipping, and where you are located in Australia. We ship from Sydney and use Australia Post for Shipping.

Bought an initial necklace, it broke within a week only worn for 2.5 days. It just snap while I was walking.
I reached out and am yet to be updated on a refund or replacement. So far poor customer service. Very disappointing for an item worth $170

As you know, all my pieces come with a 100-day warranty, and even after that, I assess any issues on a case-by-case basis. Given that the necklace broke with minimal wear, I recognise this was a fault, and a new necklace is being made for you now.
