Shipping policy
We are an Australian Family business based in Sydney. All jewellery in our Engraved Jewellery collection is engraved by us in Sydney.
We work hard to try to dispatch all orders from our Engraved Jewellery Collection within 24 hours, sometime it may take up to 48 hours. If you need an order urgently, then please opt for the Express Shipping, as Express orders are prioritised over standard shipping orders.
Orders from our Custom Collection are hand crafted to order and require additional time to produce. Please read the product description, but generally you will need to allow 4 weeks for the piece to be made and delivered to you.
Shipping Fees
$7.95 - Standard shipping through Australia Post ( or free when you spend over $120)
$10 - Express shipping through Australia Post
$19.95 - Standard International Shipping through Australia Post
Please note that if an item is returned to us as it is undeliverable, there will be a $10 return fee plus a $7.95 re-shipping fee to resend the item. This is just part of the costs we incur from Australia Post.
Australia Post - Delivery speeds & coverage
We use Australia Post for all our shipping and ship from Sydney.

Standard Shipping within Australia, $7.95 or FREE when you spend over $120
We use the standard parcel post service through Australia Post. Delivery is usually between 2-5 business days depending on your location. Within NSW allow 2-4 business days, outside of Sydney 3-6 business days.
This service is trackable, you will receive a confirmation email advising the tracking number once your order has been despatched by us.
Generally, Australia Post will contact you via email once they have the item. They will confirm your delivery instructions, ie if no one is available to accept the delivery, can they leave it in a safe place at the delivery address or return it to your local Post Office for collection.
If Australia Post do not have instructions from you, they will return it to your local Post Office for collection.
If you have provided an incorrect address and the item is returned to us, you will need to pay for the return shipping costs, and also to re-ship the item to the correct address. The return fee is $10, this is charged to us by Australia Post, then the re-ship fee is $5.95. These are part of the costs incurred by us from Australia Post.
Express Shipping within Australia
Express Post orders take priority over our standard orders. We will always try to send out express orders on the same day they are received.
We use the Express Post service offered by Australia Post. Delivery is usually the next business day if posted within the Express Post network on a business day (Monday to Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions (please see the Australia Post website for their conditions). Please note that Australia Post no longer guarantee next day delivery for Express Post orders.

The next day delivery is based on the day the item is posted, not the day we receive the order. We will endeavour to post all Express orders prior to 6pm on the same day payment is received, however we have up to 48 hours from the time we receive your order to post it. This means an Express order may take up to three business days to be delivered, for example if you place an order on Monday, then we try to post it on the same day but it may not get posted until Wednesday, meaning you will receive it on Thursday.
This service is $10 for all deliveries in Australia. This rate is based on a maximum weight of 500g.
Generally, Australia Post will contact you via email once they have the item. They will confirm your delivery instructions, ie if no one is available to accept the delivery, can they leave it in a safe place at the delivery address or return it to your local Post Office for collection.
If Australia Post do not have instructions from you, they will return it to your local Post Office for collection. When COVID restrictions are in place, they will leave the item in a safe place, unless they deem it is unsafe to leave the item.

$19.95 International Shipping
We offer international shipping on all orders through Australia Post standard International Pack and Track shipping service, and delivered to the recipient through the local country's postal service.
The service includes tracking. Once we ship your order you will receive an email from us with the tracking number, which you can track through the Australia Post website (International Tracking). Australia Post will also email you confirming the details.
Delivery will generally take up 10 business days depending on the recipients location, and please note that this service may be subject to delays due to COVID.
