Mala prayer beads were created over a thousand years ago and were used in Tibetan Buddhism to count the number of times a mantra was recited or breaths while meditating. They were a tool to help with concentration. We’ve taken this as inspiration for our Mala bracelet, to be used as a tool to stay present in everyday life.
When you feel your thoughts are getting out of control, negative or anxious, focus your attention on the Mala bracelet, touch the bracelet and take a few deep breaths. Remind yourself that they are just thoughts, and let them pass. Bring your attention to the activity you have at hand, focus your full attention on the task and be totally present.
We have used specific materials to create this triple wrap bracelet, below is a description of the properties of the materials.
Lava Stone is grounding stone that strengthens one's connection to nature, the Universe. It gives us strength and courage, allowing us stability through times of change.
Black Agate is an excellent stone for rebalancing and harmonising body, mind and spirit. It enhances mental function, improving concentration and giving calming peace.
Steel is highly protective, it's like armour for your energy. It protects you from negative energy and anything that would drain your energy.

Bracelet Size: Adjustable. The beads are strung on Professional grade elastic, designed to easily fit over the hand, be comfortable and fit most people.

Once we dispatch the piece, delivery takes 1-5 business days, depending if you have opted for Standard or Express Shipping, and where you are located in Australia. We ship from Sydney and use Australia Post for Shipping.
