How to Layer Necklaces
Your guide to layering necklaces
Whether you are wearing an open blazer, a high neckline dress, or a plain top and jeans, layered necklaces are a great way to level up.
Here are some tips on how to get that perfect layered look
Start with a necklace that sits on your collar bone. Usually 14”-16” is a good length for most girls. Then add something around 18” and a third around 20”.
Fine chains allow you to mix and match lengths and styles to create your own unique look. Keep the thickness of the chains constant to get that dynamic yet wholesome look.
The colour of the chains should stay the same. However, you can use contrasting colour pendants such as silver and rose gold to help tie in your other jewelry.
Keep the pendants small and dainty but don’t be afraid of adding a bigger pendant on one of the necklaces for some added detail.
Try layering with two necklaces. You can go slightly heavier on the chains, and slightly bigger pendants will work as well.
